Recruitment Manager

Our client is a global leisure destination looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively work with business leaders to determine hiring requirements and ensure timely engagement of employees.
  • Develop and implement suitable sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet line managers' staffing needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external sources of staff supply to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Negotiate and promote consistency and visibility of agency agreements across the AI business.
  • Establish an online portal to attract and manage a database of suitable potential candidates.
  • Support managers in behavioral-based interviews, ensuring candidates are assessed against appropriate company behaviors.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interview training for managers.
  • Ensure that assessment (post interview) is completed to determine best fit for the role and that all selection documentation is completed in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment and selection, induction and exit interview best practice compliance across business.
  • Produce and report on international recruitment, selection, induction and exit interview metrics.
  • Implement and drive intern scheme.
Qualifications
  • At least four years recruitment experience from a recognized international recruitment consultancy or multinational company.
  • Hospitality or hotels experience is ideal.
  • Western education background.
  • Strong recruiting experience across the GCC.

Travel will also be required for this role, as this leisure group expands.
