  • Sources, screens and shortlists candidates and forwards to the HR Head & hiring manager for their endorsement.
  • Schedules the interviews of competent, short-listed candidates and coordinates with the interview panel. Provides guidance to the candidates accordingly.
  • Ensures the necessary approvals are obtained from IM stakeholders (including CEO) and prepares the offer letter for the selected candidate.
  • Ensures that the required documents are received on time from the candidate. Liaises with Immigration department for the visa process of selected candidates and their timely joining.
  • Conducts new joiners’ induction and onboarding sessions. Ensures IT requirements and office desk space are arranged from the start date. Prepares and hands over appointment letters.
  • Maintains an updated recruitment status dashboard. Provides recruitment and weekly mobilization status reports to HR Head .
