What you will do

Own the recruitment process – manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring quality hires and reduced cycle times

Partner with hiring managers – define roles, set selection criteria, and support effective hiring decisions

Engage candidates – guide them through the recruitment journey and deliver an exceptional experience

Leverage analytics & technology – use ATS and metrics to optimize sourcing and improve processes

Coordinate onboarding & compliance – ensure smooth transitions and accurate documentation aligned with MOH and hospital standards

Collaborate cross-functionally – work with departments, agencies, and regulators for effective hiring

Apply HR expertise – assess candidate fit and align hires with organizational goals

3+ years of end-to-end recruitment management experience in a fast-paced environment
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (PHRi certification preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and recruitment KPIs

Healthcare recruitment experience

Familiarity with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
