Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with line managers to understand recruitment needs and prepare job descriptions.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
