Recruitment Officer

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet company hiring needs. Coordinates with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posts vacancies, reviews applications, conducts interviews, and manages the end-to-end recruitment process. Maintains candidate databases, ensures timely hiring, and supports onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.
