Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ATS, and recruitment trackers
- Prepare and generate recruitment reports and maintain accurate records
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 year of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
