Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ATS, and recruitment trackers
  • Prepare and generate recruitment reports and maintain accurate records
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 year of recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
