Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring updates.
- Negotiate salary offers and employment terms when required.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in manpower planning and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR software.
- Good negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant recruitment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring procedures.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: AED2,999.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
