Job Description:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process of the company. The role includes coordinating with departments and higher management, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and ensuring final selection and smooth onboarding as per company requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive hiring requirements from departments and higher management
  • Source candidates through company hiring portals (Indeed, etc.) and other channels
  • Screen and shortlist CVs according to job requirement
  • Coordinate with departments and higher management for interviews and final selection
  • Conduct initial interviews and schedule meetings with management
  • Maintain recruitment records, CV data, and hiring status reports
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and support smooth joining process

Requirements:

2–3 years of recruitment experience is mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Good knowledge of recruitment process and hiring portals

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple positions efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
