Healthcare Resourcing Specialist (UK Market)

We specialize in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with trusted employers across the UK. As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our recruitment team in Lahore and seeking experienced, target-driven individuals to join our UK Healthcare Recruitment Campaign.

Position Overview:
This is not an HR or admin role. We are looking for professionals with proven experience in UK-based healthcare recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. If you have a background in sales, recruitment, or resourcing for the UK healthcare sector, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (e.g., Nurses, Carers, Support Workers) for UK clients.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach to final placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UK healthcare recruitment (required).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, confident, and sales-oriented personality.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Willingness to work UK hours.
