People & Culture Specialist
DevDimensions is seeking a dynamic and people-focused People & Culture Specialist to support our growing tech environment. This role will drive talent acquisition, streamline HR operations, and strengthen our culture as we scale. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing strong HR expertise and a keen understanding of fast-paced tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet rapid organizational needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and offer closure.
Build structured and engaging onboarding experiences that improve new hires engagement and productivity.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, payroll updates, experience letters and recommendation letters, and disciplinary records.
Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS and physical personnel files.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and assist in monthly payroll preparation.
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws, internal policies, and confidentiality requirements.
Design and implement culture-building initiatives tailored for tech teams, focusing on collaboration, recognition, and employee well-being.
Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values and supporting leadership in fostering a high-performance environment.
Oversee performance review cycles and partner with managers to ensure timely, structured, and meaningful feedback.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs such as technical training, soft-skills workshops, or leadership development.
Generate and analyze key HR analytics including hiring pipelines, engagement trends, and productivity indicators.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize talent strategies and enhance employee experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes to meet the evolving needs of a high-tech organization.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in the field of HR.
Strong understanding of HR operations, labor regulations, and modern HR practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
