Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar workers for various industries through overseas agents and manpower suppliers.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, agents, and sub-agents to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure quality manpower at competitive rates.
- Organize and oversee trade tests and interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations and documentation (visa processing, medical, travel, etc.).
- Maintain an updated database of manpower suppliers, agents, and candidates.
- Monitor mobilization schedules and ensure timely deployment of selected candidates.
- Address recruitment-related queries and provide support to both clients and suppliers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in overseas blue-collar recruitment (preferably in a manpower supply company).
- Strong network with overseas manpower agents and suppliers.
- Knowledge of trade test coordination and overseas recruitment procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases.
