The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll run the full recruitment cycle - building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and closing deals.

You'll be:

• Proactively winning new business
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Managing offers and negotiating placements
• Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission
• Building your own specialist market
