who knows how to win enterprise accounts, close high-value deals, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving aggressive revenue growth and hitting ambitious targets

Winning new enterprise HR accounts and strategic partnerships

Selling subscription-based recruitment solutions and premium advertising packages

Increasing recurring revenue and average client value

Building strong C-level and HR Director relationships

Owning performance metrics and delivering measurable results
Who We Want

6–10+ years in recruitment advertising, job boards, or staffing sales

Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas

Strong hunter mentality with enterprise closing ability

Experience handling high-value corporate HR clients

Commercially sharp, data-driven, and highly competitive

GCC market experience preferred
