Recruitment Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Dubai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and recommend process improvements.

Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.

The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, assist in developing job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage job postings, and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing using Different channels to attract talents , including conducting interviews
• Ability to develop job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques In UAE
• Experience in the real estate industry is a preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
