We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closures, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create suitable job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ fitment.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and close positions within deadlines.
