Recruitment Specialist

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Call Center)
Location: Westridge 1, Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi
Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting within the call center industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top-quality talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for call center positions through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Draft and publish engaging job postings to attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the call center/BPO industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms for hiring.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month

• Rawalpindi Westridge: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
