Job Description

Managing Recruitment Life cycle


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
  • Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Maintaining of employees’ records and database

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention - daily.

  • Providing MIS reports to the management.


Qualifications:

  • MBA – HR / MSW / MLM / Labour Law
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • At least 6 -10 years of work experiences in Human Resource Management, preferably good exposure in Plant (multi-national company)


Basic Skills:


  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of lean management methods would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and people management skills, deadline oriented, time management skills
  • Self-motivated and strong analysis skill, initiative and open mind
  • Highly organized with previous experience of coaching and training others
  • Professional and able to handle confidential information


Functional specific Skills


  • Cross Functional Team with entire team members.
  • On request by the superior manager, the employee besides his actual functions, can be involved to do other tasks which do not correspond to his routine activities sphere.
