  • Manage End to End Recruitment
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages (Offer Closures and Negotiations)
  • Sourcing Profiles from various Job Portals
  • Ability to build effective relationships with Vendors
  • Interdepartmental Interactions regarding open positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification - MBA/PGDM in HR
  • 2-3 years of Experience in Core Recruitment
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Experience Range - 2-3 years

Salary Range - As per industry and based on current

Location – Baner, Pune
