Job Summary
The General Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of positions across the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage and execute all stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, negotiation, and finalizing offers.

Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand departmental needs, and establish effective interview processes and candidate profiles.

Strategic Sourcing:
Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.), and university relations.

Candidate Experience:
Ensure all candidates, regardless of outcome, have a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

System Management:
Accurately maintain and update candidate records within the ATS to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Reporting & Analytics:
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and provide regular reports to management, identifying trends and areas for optimization.

Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant employment laws and company hiring policies.

Database Management:
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
Qualifications
Required:

Education
: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience
: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably covering multiple departments or role types.

Technical Proficiency
: Demonstrated experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Communication
: Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
