About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who thrives on meeting new people and has a sharp eye for talent. You will play a critical role in building our team by maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline and using several interviewing techniques to assess potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Pipelining: Build a network of eligible candidates for current and future openings using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Screening & Compliance: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet job requirements and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.
  • Process Management: Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from CV review to interview scheduling and feedback collection.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, conduct interviews, and provide feedback on candidate fit.
  • Reporting: Track hiring metrics (KPIs), meet weekly activity targets (calls/interviews), and maintain accurate weekly reports.
  • Process Improvement: Actively participate in optimizing recruitment workflows.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (Written and Spoken).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to assess cultural and behavioral fit.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet) .
  • Background in Technical Recruiting (IT/Engineering roles).
  • Ability to assess technical competencies.
