Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Recruiter role at Asico Real Estate LLC, based in Dubai. As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our real estate team. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying recruitment needs, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse team to support our luxury real estate services.

• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to attract, assess, and select qualified candidates
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and timelines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
