We’re Hiring —Senior HR (Recruitment Specialist)

Location: Saddar, Rawalpindi

Shift Timing: 5 PM to 2 AM

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional with strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to manage our full hiring cycle and support core HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes in a professional and organized manner.

Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and daily HR operations.

Support employee relations, grievance handling, and preparation of routine HR documentation.

Prepare recruitment updates, HR reports, and workforce-related summaries for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-versed in HR policies and SOPs.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR documentation/reporting.

Comfortable working night shift (5 PM – 2 AM).
