Requirements:

  • Minimum 6–7 years of recruitment experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, Engineering Services, or related industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri Gulf, Naukri India, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
  • Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical positions
  • Proven experience dealing with Arab Management and recruiting Arab candidates
  • Strong experience managing recruitment agencies and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Experience using ERP systems and HR recruitment modules
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized recruitment records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, procedures, and approval processes throughout the recruitment cycle
