The Role
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be a core part of how Rowley's grows in KSA — finding the people who'll carry the brand, shaping how candidates experience us before they even step through the door, and making sure every hire is someone we're genuinely proud to put on the floor.
You'll work closely with the HR Director and leadership team, move fast, think on your feet, and bring real ownership to everything you touch. If you're someone who gets excited about building teams and takes recruitment personally — this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Rowley's KSA — front-of-house, back-of-house, and management roles
- Source talent actively through LinkedIn, hospitality networks, and direct outreach — not just waiting for CVs to land
- Work with hiring managers to nail down exactly what they need, then go find it
- Screen and interview candidates with structure — and represent the Rowley's brand while you do it
- Keep pipelines clean and candidates in the loop — every person you talk to is a potential guest
- Handle offer documentation, contracts, and onboarding paperwork in line with Saudi Labour Law
- Support Nitaqat / Saudisation compliance, ensuring hiring targets align with Vision 2030 workforce requirements
- Coordinate with government relations on Iqama, work permits, and GOSI registration for non-Saudi hires
- Help shape how Rowley's shows up as an employer of choice in the KSA hospitality market
- Track metrics and report on time-to-hire, source quality, and pipeline health — data matters
