We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruitment for Oil & Gas EPC projects, with proven experience sourcing, attracting, and mobilizing large numbers of technical and non-technical professionals across complex engineering and construction projects.

Candidates with previous experience working for a Manpower Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, or Workforce Solutions Provider supporting Oil & Gas EPC clients will be highly preferred.

YOUR ROLE

As our Recruitment Specialist, you will

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering, construction, commissioning, and support personnel.
• Handle high-volume hiring campaigns while maintaining quality and timeline targets.
• Screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for various project-based and permanent positions.
• Coordinate with project managers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Utilize recruitment databases, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking channels to source candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific recruitment requirements.
• Support candidate mobilization, onboarding, and documentation processes when required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC project organizational structures and key technical disciplines.
• Experience recruiting for positions such as: Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process), QA/QC Personnel, HSE Professionals, Supervisors, Skilled Trades and Craft Workers
• Previous experience working with a Manpower Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, or Workforce Solutions Provider is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing techniques.

Skills and Competencies

• Gulf/Middle East recruitment experience.
• Experience supporting major EPC contractors and Oil & Gas operators.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong talent mapping and market intelligence capabilities.
• Experience in international sourcing and mobilization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
