Sourcecode is a fast-growing organization focused on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional business solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist (Female) to support our expanding HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate documentation in ATS/HR systems.
• Conduct initial HR assessments to evaluate candidate fit and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Prepare weekly hiring reports and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (BPO/IT sector experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, screening, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Female candidates only (role-specific requirement).
