- Main Scope Of Responsibilities:
Attract and retain the best fit qualified candidates for open vacancies, in a timely manner, either for Kaza Talent projects, especially throughout the projects of “CBA-Business Management Solutions” or for our business associates.
Efficiently utilize all possible recruitment resources to build & maintain well established communication with potential candidates & service providers through an informative & updated database.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university / institute. Prost graduate studies / degrees are considered as asset.
(3-5) years of working experience in a similar or related field, preferably with a multinational background.
Excellent command of English language is a must
Strong computer skills “ Microsoft word, excel & power point, internet research”
Personal Profile & Behavioral Approach:
Very good communication skills with very high listening abilities
Very strong presentation & negotiation skills.
Motivating personality with high ability to positively influence attitudes
Solid writing & reporting skills in addition to strong analytical skills.
Initiative, self-starter, creative & self-motivated, independent & requires minimum supervision, with strong organizational skills.
Effective leader & team player, cooperative & committed with high ethical standards & respect for policies & regulations.
Freelance assignment(s), where exact duration & time schedule is determined with management prior commencement of each individual project, as per business needs.
For "CBA-Business Management Solutions" projects, time lines & schedules shall be amended as per project requirements.
Overall assignment is conducted remotely, however, as per business needs; personal face to face appointments may take place occasionally.
