Position: Recruitment Supervisor – Maritime & Oil & Gas
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, deployment, and ongoing personnel management for ships, vessels, and other maritime operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to plan, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Follow up with HR managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment plans and strategies.
- Participate in interviews and selection processes, providing recommendations on candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain networks to develop a strong talent pool across various functions.
- Mentor and coach HR recruiters by providing feedback, supporting career development, and documenting performance concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a supervisory or higher role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Crewing experience is an advantage.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
