Job Overview

We are hiring a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end hiring needs, preferably with experience in the real estate sector. This role is purely talent-based, focused on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring quality candidates. No administrative duties are involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment cycle for real estate positions (sales, marketing, site, and management roles).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate records using HR software such as Odoo.
  • Improve candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (real estate sector preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (Odoo preferred).
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
