Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end technical recruitment and a solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (IT, Software, Engineering, etc.)
  • Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews
  • Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate data and hiring pipeline in ATS/CRM
  • Manage offer process, negotiations, and candidate onboarding support
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Meet hiring targets and timelines
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies
  • Experience with sourcing tools:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • ATS systems
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, or data roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Experience in IT services or software companies
