Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end technical recruitment and a solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (IT, Software, Engineering, etc.)
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain candidate data and hiring pipeline in ATS/CRM
- Manage offer process, negotiations, and candidate onboarding support
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring targets and timelines
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies
- Experience with sourcing tools:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- ATS systems
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, or data roles
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Experience in IT services or software companies
