Job Description:

- Business & relationship development with existing and new clients and candidates,

- Managing a team of consultants,

- Managing and acquiring a portfolio of clients,

- Maintaining the candidate pool,

Qualifications:

- University Degree,

- Advanced level of English,

- Min. 10+ years of recruitment experience or Sales experience

- Sales and result oriented, proactive approach,

- Strong leadership skills,

- Excellent communicator,

- Outgoing personality with an initiative taker approach,

- Excellent priority setting and time management skills,

- Flexible, co-operative and team worker.
