About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UAE recruitment, excellent knowledge of job portals, and a proven ability to identify and engage the right candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–4 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE.
- Strong track record in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
- Proficiency with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
