Red Team Specialist (10+ Years’ Experience)

Location: Onsite, Lahore

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Team Specialist to simulate real-world cyberattacks against our organization’s systems, applications, and infrastructure. The role is responsible for identifying security weaknesses before malicious actors can exploit them and providing actionable remediation recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-scope red team engagements simulating real-world threat actors.
• Perform adversary emulation aligned with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Execute phishing campaigns, social engineering simulations, and physical security testing (where applicable).
• Conduct stealth operations to test detection and response capabilities.
• Perform network, web application, API, cloud, and mobile penetration testing.
• Identify vulnerabilities in internal and external systems.
• Validate security controls and recommend improvements.
• Develop and execute custom exploits and payloads.
• Conduct lateral movement and privilege escalation exercises.
• Assess data exfiltration paths and impact scenarios.
• Produce detailed technical and executive-level reports.
• Clearly document attack paths, exploited vulnerabilities, and risk impact.
• Provide remediation guidance and risk prioritization.
• Work closely with other Teams, to improve detection capabilities.
• Contribute to continuous security posture improvement.
• Provide training to the Penetration Testing team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Red Teaming.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, threat landscape, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
