Reddit Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Reddit Operations Specialist to support content and community engagement efforts across multiple Reddit accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Reddit communities, content best practices, and organic engagement strategies while ensuring compliance with Reddit platform policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multiple Reddit accounts in a professional and compliant manner.
• Create and post content tailored to specific subreddit communities.
• Engage with subreddit members through comments and discussions while following community guidelines.
• Monitor subreddit rules and ensure all activities align with Reddit policies and best practices.
• Maintain account health through consistent, appropriate, and strategic engagement.
• Support organic growth through ethical and community-driven engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple Reddit accounts.
• Strong content writing and community engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of subreddit rules, Reddit policies, and platform best practices.
• Ability to work independently and execute strategies with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism in online communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
