Organization: Next Chapter Reentry Project (NCRP)
Location: Rochester, MN
Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) → Full-Time Opportunity

Join our dedicated team as a Reentry Program Director and lead transformative initiatives that empower individuals returning to the community after incarceration. In this vital role, you will develop, manage, and oversee comprehensive reentry programs designed to foster successful reintegration, reduce recidivism, and promote long-term stability. Your leadership will inspire collaboration across community organizations, government agencies, and service providers to create a supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative program development and strategic relationship management.

Position Summary

The Reentry Program Director is responsible for ensuring that NCRP’s program model—Refine, Restore, Reacclimate—is executed with structure, consistency, and measurable outcomes across all homes.

This role translates vision into action. The Program Director ensures that programming is not theoretical or relationally driven alone, but structured, scheduled, enforced, and documented.
