In this vital role, you will develop, manage, and oversee comprehensive reentry programs designed to foster successful reintegration, reduce recidivism, and promote long-term stability. Your leadership will inspire collaboration across community organizations, government agencies, and service providers to create a supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence. Position Summary
The Reentry Program Director is responsible for ensuring that NCRP’s program model—Refine, Restore, Reacclimate—is executed with structure, consistency, and measurable outcomes across all homes.
This role translates vision into action. The Program Director ensures that programming is not theoretical or relationally driven alone, but structured, scheduled, enforced, and documented.
This position will begin as a part-time role (20–30 hours per week) and has the strong potential to transition into a full-time, salaried position for the right candidate, based on performance, alignment, and organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is both relational and disciplined—able to develop people while holding firm to systems and expectations.
