Champion process optimization and business metric delivery by leading strategic initiatives and collaborating across Operations and Technology teams, ensuring seamless and efficient document management for global business functions

Job Summary


As a Digital Document Manager in Digital Document Services, you drive business metrics, lead strategic projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement supporting Back Office, Middle Office, and Global teams. You collaborate with multiple Operations and Technology teams to (re)design processes and enhance operational efficiency. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless document management and process optimization across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify issues and coordinate with internal functions for prompt resolution within set timeframes.
  • Deliver controls in processes to ensure complete accuracy and compliance with regulatory rules.
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner and provide regular updates to senior management on business-as-usual activities and projects.
  • Generate reports and scorecards, present findings in operations calls, and support capacity and contingency planning.
  • Monitor workflow and assist Team Leaders to ensure equitable distribution of work and optimal team performance.
  • Manage internal Service Level Agreements and communicate performance to stakeholders through effective reporting.
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules to meet evolving business needs.

Required qualifications,skills and capabilities

  • 7+ years of experience in operations
  • Strong knowledge in Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, or Derivatives documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Project
  • Familiarity with global bank processes, operational environments, and management/external reporting

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with 8+ years of experience in operations
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments
  • Demonstrated team management and inclusive leadership skills
  • Strategic approach to talent identification, recruitment, coaching, and development
