About the role you are considering

The position is for a Senior SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules-particularly Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, along with Order Management, Install Base, and Procurement. The consultant will lead end‑to‑end solution design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain processes in global, multi‑organization environments. The role focuses on delivering scalable solutions, integrating cross‑module processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Your role

  • Lead design and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (OM, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement).
  • Configure end‑to‑end Order Management processes including pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment.
  • Design orchestration flows for service logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
  • Manage inventory architecture: items, transactions, warehouses, lot/serial control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
  • Implement and maintain Install Base for complete asset lifecycle tracking.
  • Build and streamline procurement processes (requisitions, POs, supplier onboarding, contracts).
  • Integrate SCM with Finance, Manufacturing, Service, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop reporting and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization using Oracle best practices.
  • Prepare process documentation, configuration guides, test scripts.
  • Manage and conduct UAT, regression testing, and ensure solution stability.
Your skills and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (OM, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement).
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and integration.
  • Expertise in Order Management pricing, orchestration, fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in Inventory and Install Base with a focus on asset tracking and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier collaboration.
  • Experience working in global, complex manufacturing supply chains.
  • Analytical skills to assess cost structures and optimize processes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale SCM implementations.
  • Ability to work across distributed teams including vendor partners.
  • Strong skills in translating business needs into functional solutions.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $78,500 - $164,500

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
