Refrigeration Engineer / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• System Operation & Maintenance:
• Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of ammonia, Freon, and CO₂ refrigeration systems.
• Monitor system parameters and maintain accurate logs.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
• Diagnose and repair issues in compressors, motors, valves, and controls.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and perform leak testing, refrigerant charging, and calibration.
• Project & Installation Supervision:
• Supervise installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems.
• Review system drawings and coordinate with contractors and technicians.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ASHRAE, ISO, and local environmental standards.
• Conduct safety talks and supervise high-risk maintenance activities.
• Team Leadership & Documentation:
• Lead a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure timely maintenance.
• Maintain logs, checklists, and service reports.
• Energy & Performance Optimization:
• Analyze system efficiency and recommend energy-saving measures.
• Propose upgrades to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering.
• Experience: 5–8 years in industrial refrigeration, including sub-zero cold rooms and blast free

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
