About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Refrigeration Gas Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling refrigerant gases (R22, R32, R134a, R410A, etc.) within B2B and dealer networks, with a strong understanding of the HVAC & refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of refrigerant gases across industrial, commercial, and dealer segments.
  • Identify and develop new markets and clients to expand business reach.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and key customers.
  • Formulate and execute pricing and sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and logistics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Lead and support sales team members to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in industrial/refrigerant gas or HVAC sales.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigerant gases and their market applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Education

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
