JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Greater Noida
Experience: 1–2 Years
Education: B. Tech , MBA
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Refrigerator Sales Executive to join our sales team in Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing dealer/customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets for refrigerator products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell refrigerator products to dealers, retailers, and end customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features & benefits to customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with marketing and service teams for promotions and after-sales support
• Prepare sales reports and update management on performance required

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably consumer durables / appliances)
• Educational background: B. Tech or MBA
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
