Role Purpose:

To manage import and export certificates and oversee refund processes to recover funds paid to the government, thereby contributing to the preservation of the company’s financial resources. This role ensures compliance with government policies and industrial control requirements while maintaining accurate financial and shipment records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage refund documentation, including certificates.
  • Coordinate with government authorities to verify refund eligibility.
  • Monitor the status of shipments and update financial records accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and government policies.
  • Follow up with industrial control and work to ensure the company complies with industrial control requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Libraries, Information and Educational Technology or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of government refund and customs processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for liaising with external authorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance tracking abilities.
  • Prior experience in customs operations, export support, or financial documentation.
  • Familiarity with Egyptian Customs Administration and Ministry of Finance procedures.
  • Proficiency in record management and financial system updates.
