We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regenerative Medicine Patient Coordinator specializing in Sales and Lead Conversion to join our innovative healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective patients via phone, email, and in-person consultations to understand their needs and introduce regenerative medicine options
  • Manage incoming inquiries efficiently using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt follow-up and excellent customer service
  • Verify insurance coverage, including Medicare and HIPAA compliance, while explaining treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients
  • Assist with appointment scheduling utilizing medical office management software like Collaborate MD / Practice Fusion / Office Ally / Nextgen or similar platforms; coordinate with clinical staff for seamless patient flow
  • Execute accurate and effective lead management / lead conversion process
  • Support sales initiatives by following up on leads, nurturing relationships, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments or consultations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical administrative support within clinics or dental offices; familiarity with medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-9/10), and insurance verification is essential
  • Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks; experience with dental terminology or hospital systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse patient populations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with typing skills including 10-key data entry for efficient documentation
  • Deep understanding of medical terminology, ICD coding standards, care plans development, and health information management practices
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in all administrative tasks
  • Prior clinic or dental office experience with familiarity in front desk operations, office management procedures, and medical records handling is preferred

Compensation: Base salary of $4k/mo plus commission with possible annual income exceeding $100k year one.

Initial Bonus of $3,200-$8,000

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
