Sayban Group is looking for a “Regional Accountant” at Hyderabad Region.
The Regional Accountant will be Responsible for:
- To ensure timely remittance from customer and transfer to H.O.
- Petty cash handling, payments to vendors and submission of timely expense sheet to H.O.
- To maintain and control all sales accounting activities like regional stocks, timely delivery, customer ledgers, remittance and petty cash handling within company policies.
- Preparation and reconciliation of customer ledgers with sales team as well as customers.
- Verify sales team expenses and transfer them to H.O.
- Handling internal as well as external auditors.
- Ensure complete legal formalities/documents before supplying products on credit.
- To provide all necessary reports for sales team meeting and H.O when required.
- Prepare all documents of new hiring in region and sent to H.O.
- Working of timely dealer incentive and its processing in system
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with 2-3 Years’ experience in relevant field.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Having Experience in the Pesticides industry will be preferred.
