Support Operations Managers across the Eastern Region
Coordinate scheduling, interviews, and onboarding tracking
Maintain hiring and onboarding reports by location
Assist with payroll coordination and employee documentation
Communicate daily with Ops Managers to track hiring needs
Monitor progress from application onboarding start
Help keep locations on track with staffing goals
Strong organization and follow-up skills (this role moves fast)
Excellent communication via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
Experience with Excel and tracking multiple locations
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Administrative, recruiting, or operations support experience
Familiarity with ATS/HR systems (Paychex, Paylocity, etc.)
Background in staffing or high-volume hiring environments
High School Diploma or GED required
21+ years old
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
