Our client, a well-established regional retail organization, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Kuwait . This role will play a critical part in driving growth and identifying new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market as part of the company’s regional expansion strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic partners
  • Lead negotiations, commercial agreements, and joint initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives
  • Prepare business cases, proposals, and performance reports for senior management


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably within retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
