Our client, a well-established regional retail organization, is seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to join their team in
Kuwait
. This role will play a critical part in driving growth and identifying new business opportunities within the
Saudi Arabian market
as part of the company’s regional expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic partners

Lead negotiations, commercial agreements, and joint initiatives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives

Prepare business cases, proposals, and performance reports for senior management
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably within
retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries

Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
