About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sales mindset who can identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and convert market insights into measurable revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify and secure high-value business opportunities to expand market share.

  • Build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline creation to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance updates to leadership.

  • Represent Keenfinity at industry events to strengthen brand positioning.


Qualifications


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 8–12 years of experience in business development or commercial roles.

  • Proven success in achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.

  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market; Bahrain experience is highly desirable.

  • Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
