We are actively seeking a Regional Business Development Manager - Residential & Housing Projects, responsible for developing opportunities and increasing sales and market share within the residential construction sector across the Middle East and Africa.

This role involves identifying market opportunities and expanding the business segment for monolithic construction solutions in the Middle East and Africa, focusing on increasing sales and market share of aluminium formwork solutions in residential and mixed-use sectors.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Saudi Arabia, this role requires an enthusiastic individual passionate about acquiring high-quality formwork projects and managing them successfully with all relevant stakeholders. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to secure formwork business.
  • Cultivating new business relationships and nurturing existing ones to drive growth.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving negative feedback.
  • Managing credit interactions and ensuring full payments.
  • Driving sales by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Generating leads and setting appointments.
  • Presenting company and product solutions via meetings, presentations, calls, emails, and video conferences.
  • Managing projects across MEA, including cost planning, tender pricing, revenue determination, and contract negotiations.
  • Leading internal teams in preparing and submitting commercial offers.
  • Ensuring smooth project handovers to operations and engineering departments.
  • Conducting strategic market reviews to identify needs, estimate potential, and analyze competitors.
  • Collaborating with product management on product improvements and development.
  • Providing training to sales teams on residential project-related products, sales processes, and contracts.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a similar management role, demonstrating project management experience in residential or mixed developments.
  • Proficiency with Monolithic and System Formworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen and sales experience, preferably as a Business Development Manager or similar in a formwork company.
  • Excellent English skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
