Job Summary:
The Regional Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive channel strategies that drive growth, optimize partner performance, and enhance market reach. This role ensures seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, enabling Monarch to be recognized as the dealer’s favorite Brand through strategic planning, data-driven analysis, and effective partner ecosystem management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive channel development strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

Position Monarch as the
dealer’s preferred Brand
, focusing on partner success and satisfaction.

Identify and target potential channel partners such as resellers, distributors, and system integrators.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to optimize current channels and identify new opportunities.

Assist in long-term channel growth planning by anticipating industry shifts.
2. Channel Partner Development

Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing channel partners.

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of partners to ensure productive partnerships.

Collaborate with partners to identify joint business opportunities and drive revenue.
3. Performance Management and Optimization

Track and monitor partner performance using KPIs such as NPS, time to revenue, and engagement metrics.

Provide regular guidance, support, and feedback to partners.

Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure partner alignment with corporate objectives.

Continuously refine the channel program to increase profitability and efficiency.
4. Channel Ecosystem Management

Oversee smooth communication and operations across the entire partner ecosystem.

Ensure partners have access to the right tools, resources, and training.

Proactively manage conflicts and negotiate solutions to maintain positive partner relationships.
5. Reporting and Analysis

Track and report channel performance metrics to senior leadership.

Provide regular updates on pipeline, revenue, and program health.

Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve partner outcomes.
6. Territory and Distribution Development

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

8+ years of experience in channel sales, channel management, or partner development.

Proven success in developing and managing distributor/partner ecosystems.

Strong analytical skills
with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
