We are looking for a passionate
Regional Commercial Product Manager – North Africa (Major Domestic Appliances)
who will join us.
Reporting Line:
Head of Product Management, Beko Egypt & North Africa
Own the end-to-end commercial success of Beko’s Home Appliances portfolio across North Africa. Drive a data-led product road-map, profitable growth, and seamless market execution while ensuring all activities comply with relevant export regulations and international trade agreements.

Define and execute the regional product strategy, life-cycle management, and price positioning for refrigerators, washing machines, cookers, dishwashers, and emerging categories.

Deliver annual revenue, volume, and gross-profit targets; track performance through detailed KPI dashboards.

Lead continuous market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and consumer segmentation studies; translate insights into clear product actions.

Recommend SKU rationalisation or localisation to optimise factories output and regional demand.

Coordinate launch calendars, sell-in bundles, and promotional mechanics with Sales, Trade Marketing, and local distributors.

Liaise with Supply Chain to align demand planning, safety-stock levels, and factory production slots.

Champion adherence to COMESA, GAFTA, Euro-Mediterranean, AfCFTA, and other bilateral agreements, maximising duty-free opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks.

Oversee export documentation (HS codes, COO, EUR-MED certificates) and Incoterms negotiations to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries.

Act as the regional voice of product in S&OP forums; influence pricing corridors and rebate structures that protect channel profitability.

Mentor country-level product specialists, instilling best-practice frameworks and performance culture.

Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and corrective actions.

Build strategic relationships with key distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies to anticipate market shifts.

How do we describe the perfect match?

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).

6+ years in product or category management within the home-appliance or consumer-electronics sector, including full P&L accountability.

Demonstrated success managing export markets and logistics across multiple North-African countries.

Hands-on knowledge of international trade agreements, customs duties, and preferential-tariff schemes.

Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (French an advantage).
