Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our team in Dubai to support the expansion of our commodity trading operations across the Middle East and Central Asia. This role focuses on developing a strong network of suppliers in the Middle East while identifying and onboarding new buyers for commodity flows originating from Central Asia.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to international commodity trading, supplier development, and regional trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a network of reliable commodity suppliers across the Middle East
• Identify and onboard new buyers for commodities sourced from Central Asia
• Support the establishment and growth of regional trade flows, primarily in agricultural commodities
• Conduct supplier due diligence, onboarding, and relationship management
• Oversee on-ground operational processes including quality checks and shipment coordination
• Organize and attend meetings with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners
• Coordinate closely with headquarters on payments, logistics, and trade execution
• Travel across the region to build relationships and develop new business opportunities

• Genuine interest in international trade, commodities, and supply chains
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, opportunity-driven environment
• Willing to travel across the Middle East when required

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: AED 5,000 per month
• Performance bonus linked to traded commodity volume
• UAE employment visa provided

• Annual return flight to home country included
